Why RNG based Rewards from Toughest Contents???

Why do we get RNG based random rewards after finishing the toughest contents like Act 6 and Abyss?
Its like doing a lot of hardwork and in end receiving a Lottery Ticket with outcomes which leave most of us disappointed.
Random T5C, Random champions from crystals, and then all the reward’s rankup resources go in stash because we have no one we want to Rank Up!
We should be happy and proud after finishing a tough content and not sad and broken because of random rewards in end!

    The nexus crystal is a start, but they need to include useful champs not just any champ. A champ selector is great, and for those beating act 6 and abyss, a selectable 5* champ from either the featured pool or just the entire pool is perfect. Most folks will have some of the top champs anyway and allowing them to choose any 5* doesn't create any imbalance at their level. This will actually make it more worthwhile to complete those without that post win depression of opening a useless champ!

    Completely agree. Beat the Grandmaster, got 2 x Skill r4 gems, which I haven't used, and opened two 6* champs, who will only get used in Arena (Kingpin and Elektra). I don't think a Nexus 6* for beating the Grandmaster is too, much to ask for.

    I'll talk for myself ...
    Yesterday I fully explored act 6. Now I have 18x T5 Basic catalysts and 50x Tier 2 alphas. Yet no champion to rank up that will help me in the future content.
    I'm even going to rank 5 my newest Ebony Maw, just for fun I guess.

    The obvious reason is the game is designed around RNG. That doesn't change when content gets harder.
