Aq joining issue

Hi,I've just switched alliances and I've joined the new one just in time to catch tonight's aq but i get this message when
I try to join.I released my heroes when I defeated doom before leaving the other alliance,could a mod kindly help me out with this bug,thanks!

    You may have released heroes from other Ally by stepping on Boss node already. BUT, you have to wait until Timer actually expires on their AQ day in order for you to bring them into your new Ally's next AQ. So probably just a little while longer, depending when other ally started it yesterday.
