im stuck in rift with 2*s

in Bugs and Known Issues
i just finished doing my red rooms and bought the epic rift keycard then went into the rift accidentally with my 2* team for red rooms. please can someone help me get out, i know you can because i know this happened to another person and they got out and got another keycard but i cant find anything about it in support.

    They will tell you it's your fault. Take care before enter next time. One of my alliance mate did the same submit a ticket and Kabam told him they can't do anything about it, it's your fault.

    Well we will be nice if it’s an actual problem which this isn’t it’s just you going in to fast or not being careful.
    You're coming off a little harsh. Everyone makes mistakes.

    Stuff like this happens on a fairly regular basis. People accidently purchase deals or sell Champs or resources all the time (ever wonder why we can't sell t4 cats anymore?). Sometimes Support will help, sometimes they won't. The best thing @Unknown174 can do is reach out to support and see what they say.
