Today’s server outage needs to be addressed

So recently, server outages have become a commonality, having occurred more than 10x over the past 2 months. I know once the game goes back up the issue is pushed under the rug again, but this is a serious issue, it’s costing people aw matchups, boosts, and other resources
P.s. I don’t want compensation

All the outages before today were compensated, unless there’s another large wave we won’t be seeing much

Since it’s covid and everyone is sitting at home , there’s no one left to clean the dust off the cooling fans in the server , which causes the processor to over heat and thus the server crashes

If its a one-off emergency maintenance then no compensation is demanded. IF it happens for 3+ seperate instances starting now though, then i believe it is warranted.

Edit: And obviously the scheduled maintenances happening tues/wed depending on your timezone doesn't count.

What do you want if you don’t want compensation? Also I’m pretty happy with kabam at the moment. They gave us some compensation and a very big roadmap for the next 3 months so they’re doing their best to try to get us forget the act 7 beta

I think the OP insists on better communication and better ways to handle the maintenance. Probably extend AW or AQ by another extra hour or so during emergency maintenance. This would still cause an issue because of how long you have to be active to be able to finish AQ or AW, but gotta start somewhere.
Just because we got compensated doesn't mean we can be affected by it again only to be compensated once more. Learning what's causing them and fixing them so they aren't frequent should be the goal.

For one server outage nah we dont need compensation after 4-5 that’s where I start to say hey we need some compensation for trash servers and plus we just got compensation
