Stealthy Charge not working in AW Boss?

Guys correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t the pre-fight ability for every fight ? Haven’t had this problem before, and at the worst time if it’s a bug because my bg relies on me taking Thing with my foam ability.

    You probably used it at some other fight and then went in with another champ.

    Charge is refunded in the moment you jump into fight so if you spent it at some fight and didn't go in with him, you have one fight without cartridges ahead of you.

    It's no bug or anything. I don't want to be that guy but its kinda on you that you can't use it now.
