Purify the debuff instantly, and gain a concussion debuff reducing ability accuracy by 0% for 1 second

Start fight with a passive true strike active. While it is active ignore miss

Mediums and heavys against stunned opponents apply armor break reducing armor rating by 160% for 20 seconds
Plus 80% attack per armor break
Heavys refresh all armor break
Armor broken opponents cannot trigger defensive abilities during daredevils specials

While the opponent is armor broken gain a fury increasing attack by 40%. While fury is active plus 40% crit damage
If 8 or more armor breaks are active specials guaranteed critical
Deal 25% of current attack as additional damage during specials against armor broken opponents
Sp1: stun for 2.5 seconds on crits
Refresh armor breaks
Sp2: stun for 3.5 seconds on crits
Plus 10% additional damage during attack per armor break
Sp3: guaranteed crit stun for 5.5 seconds
For 35 seconds opponents cannot trigger defensive abilities on basic attacks

He only purifies the concussion he applies to himself
Interesting idea though.
Also I forgot his 40% perfect block chance and plus 15% physical resistance. He also has a 70% chance to dodge projectiles, guaranteed during specials except for the first hit.
