  Honest he has a decent kit to him, if they were able to just increase his damage output...or maybe add a synergy for it.
  
  Example - “New Champ” gives 2000 attack rating to Mephisto when his aura is active. Does not stack with other auras.

  Let's be realistic it wouldnt be 2000 attack probably 50 % of attack rating

  Why do you want any limitation for his power drain? Make it permanent, and maybe add like 80% chance to gain a soul in sp3 use, so you can use sp1. Otherwise most mystic champs are better option for buffed champs, if you don't need his immunities.
  I like Mephistos animation, but even with the champion synergy he doesn't really hit hard, nor his utility is reliable

  @Aleor as the fights get longer it would be unrealistic beyond 2 maybe three stacks of permanent incinerate aura power gain. He’d have a special ever few seconds.

  coming from someone havinf rank 3 6*! i dont ise him at all, my worst mistake reading and beilieving he was "good " ! he need 4 other champs in team to be "decent" otherwise his hits are lower then a rank 3 5*s like doom, hyperion,etc. nothing specific he does is absolutely insane that you can use him. in act 6.1 100%,not 1 time he came handy or i brought him in team since i need other spots for champs like fury , ghost etc! he has gotten maximum numbers of synergy in game but his inbuilt kit or base stats are not at all good enough to have much benifits from those synergy.
  - Add champion synergy to his base kit
  - add cool down on power drain on sp3 not just once per fight
  - increase base crit rate, critical damage rate
  - find a way to use sp1 without sacrificing your 1 reliable utility (regen)!

  @BadPullsMarco I don't expect him to get extra power gain, only his persistent charge, so you still can't just spam sp1, as you'd have to use sp3 to get a charge you then can spend with sp1. It wouldn't make him too op vs buffed champs, like if he wouldn't consume a charge on sp1. Some could say so, but imo even if wouldn't, need still be a worse nullifier then sym supreme, as he doesn't benefit from md, when opponent is buff locked. And even with all his top synergies he still has lower dps then sym supreme. The only thing he has going on is immunities, but it's not enough to be a decent champ
