Normal playing method

Was reading regarding how people play the game.

And using your left Thumb for blocking, Dashing back and using special and your right thumb for Light/medium and heavy attacks seems to be orthodox and not the 'normal' way.

What's the so called normal way as thats how i play on my phone since beginning

Other players use their left thumbs for mediums.

left — for blocking, dashing back, using specials, light, medium and heavy attacks, right — for eating snacks/clicking next video button/etc

Funny, I was watching my kid play my account, and I was trying to explain how I play. I was saying to do it like the OP, but my kid points out that's not what I was doing. I use my right thumb for light and heavy attacks and do everything else with the left.

Dang, I use me index fingers. Right for everything but blocks and dex. I always use the right middle finger for opening RNG crystals though. That way it’s out and ready.
