Frist Rank 5/65 Help

I'm trying to determine if I should take any of my 5* champs to be my first 5 rank 5 or if I should wait till I pull a different champ. I completed act 5, but not explored, and wanting to get Cavelier.

T4CC: 11 Cosmic, 4, Mutant, 14 Science, 12 Mystic, 8 Skill, 2 Tech

The 5* awkending gems I have are 1 for Science, Skill, Mystic, and Mutant and I have quite 30 plus of most of sigs stones as well as around 40 generic to use.

Below is a list of my current champs I would even consider and I am about to get my second T5 basic.

Current Rank 4 5*: Domino (Awkened), Stark Spidey (Awkened), Blade (Awkened), Magik
Current Rank 3 5*: Walock, Ghost,
Current Rank 2 5*: Medusa
Current Rank 1: Void

    My Issue with Ghost is the number of T4CC I will need for her. I got stark spidey first and took him up to rank 4 before pulling Ghost.
