dr voodoo sp2

I am almost 100% sure I've seen Seatin talk about dr voodoo getting sp2 buffed so he can convert any 3 buffs to energy burn or power leak instead of only Loa charges. It still hasn't happened yet, was it even a thing? I love using Voodoo and I think he is fine by himself, but that kind of buff could really make him better.

    Yeah for his base kit he only converts loas. With his synergy, he can convert all buffs
