    sentinel is the GOAT for variant content. V3 is his pretty much and V2 he is XL.

    hm. Now that i think about it, @ILLUSION8 and @RoOOts are right. sentinel is pretty much the best option for v3 and great for v2. v4 doesn't need any specific counters beside for maybe the first boss
