Unable to log in for over an hour now

I keep getting the unknown error screen when trying to load the game. It's been like this for over an hour now.

    I am confronting the issue too. I schedule to play Dr Strange versus. But I cannot sign in even I downloaded and reinstalled vis data connection.

    I'm having the same problem. It have started after actualize to 13.1
    I cannot login and I want to finish master mode and do arenas.
