Who to awaken?

Have some 5* awakening gems and some new champs after all the deals this weekend, curious if I should use them or hold onto them.

Tech: Guillotine 2099, Mysterio, Green Goblin, Sentinel, Vulture, Civil Warrior, Nebula
Mystic: Doctor Doom, Black Widow Claire Voiyant, Morningstar, Tigra, Man Thing
Mutant: Emma Frost, Iceman, Nightcrawler, Archangel, Sinister, Mangeto
Cosmic: Venom The Duck, Heimdall

    If I wouldn't have duped my AA naturally I would use whatever gem on this guy to awaken him, he is great!

    Guillotine 2099 and Sentinel are also great champs! But I would wait with awakening them until you have ranked them up until at least r3/r4 - you might awaken them naturally by the time you have ranked them up

    I've got Guillotine 2099 maxed out already
