    I think it's a fair question and understandable confusion, considering the in-game message says that matchmaking is active and yet when you go to enlist the message states "The matchmaker has been disabled temporarily. Keep an eye on our social media or in game Mail Messages for more information."

    Matchmaking being "disabled temporarily" hardly sounds like it's "active but just awaiting enrollment."

    Agree with 10or here. The message implied something that's not true, and now us officers have to double check every hour or so to make sure we don't miss the window. The mail should have been a notice that we could go in now.
