Event quests doesn't enter correct difficulty

I'm in the middle of Uncollected event quest and if I finish a path and go back into it, it reverts to heroic difficulty. Same thing with the Northern Expeditions I'm working on Canadian difficulty but it reverts to Master level.

Any reason why? Galaxy S8
