Ebb and Flow Intercept using Elsa

Has anyone used elsa for ebb and flow intercept in war?
I remember seeing a YouTube video of someone using elsa against aegis intercept and each time they allowed the opponent to attack elsa she would evade counter and a indestructible passive would come off. They used elsa, quake, and nf for their time for the evade charges and countered that node nicely.
I tried just using elsa with just her internal mechanic but u have to perform a well-timed block to get it to work and the protection passive would not come off when she would evade counter. Her evade counter should work as an intercept but when she countered it did not take off the protection passive. I fought against rhino.
Anyone else try this or have an idea why this didn't work?

Elsa works on aegis intercept, ebb and flow, aspect of war and even Abyss LC (I tried it).
