Week 1 is Buffed Up (i.e your attacker must have 3 buffs or more to do any damage to the defender). Thereโs a fair few options here- Angela, Venom, Colossus, Silver Surfer, Hyperion, Red Skull, Medusa, CMM, Ghost, Crossbones, Civil Warrior, Mordo, Vision Aarkus to name a few.
Week 2 is Diss Track (I.e you must inflict 3 debuffs on the defender to do any damage). Also a fair few options here- Nick Fury, BWCV, Human Torch, Gwenpool, Venom, Medusa, Quake, Black Widow DO, Masacre, Sentinel, Void, Vision Aarkus, Squirrel Girl, Cull Obsidian, Namor, Blade to name a few.
I used Medusa. She has to be awakened though to get the fury stacks.
If you are confident with using her for all/most of the fights use the synergy that allows up to 6 furies to stack to give you more attack time. I think it was with Black Bolt.

For Diss Track I used Archangel for most fights, and Luke cage for the dormammu fight
