Dormammu’s hits deal energy damage?

I read through his abilities and cannot find any sentence saying that he deals energy damage. And I did receive shock damages when I used Dormammu to fight against Electro.

Is Dormammu deals energy damage just a rumor, or a bug that needs to be fixed....?

    No one is immune to Electro's ability because it relies on contact attacks. Non contact attacks and aar is the only way to bypass it so dormammu dealing energy damage has nothing to do with electro
    As for dormammu, I know his special attacks are energy based damage. As for his regular attacks I'm not so sure
