Overall CAP IW is better at high sig. But as a progressing player I think the best option is Domino. With Rulk and Massacre synergy means you don't have to worry about any side quest and monthly Uncollected. You can watch all seating Uncollected video you will how domino Dominats the contest. Again I am saying CAP IW is good but at high sig. Domino is a treat for progressing players.
