    I don't think that's a fair compensation IMO. The last time they had down times like this, they gave a pretty fair compensation.

    I'd like to see some AQ Pots/Revives (maybe AW, but I don't think AW was impacted). Some glory, gold, alliance tickets, etc. Maybe some Fragments? I don't think shards are super necessary.

    The phrasing of "working very closely with our partners" suggests that this isn't entirely an in-house issue, it likely involves techincal issues from other companies.

    I think that in 2020 they could give us a 6 star crystal and it’d be fair. Last year there were issues like this and we got a 5 star crystal. 1 year later and a 6 star crystal is justified, if not like 7.5k shards.

    I don’t give one dang about catalysts or shards, just give me energy refills and 2 revives to make up for all the wasted time I could have been using on act 6 exploration.
