    Hey there!
    If you log in on one device, it will log you out of the other as you can only play on on device at at time.

    How to prevent: login from other device we have password an dkabam I'd as well. Still want that no body use

    @valkyrie , I changed email Id and password but still some entering in my Game and playing . How to stop them to play with my Kabam ID ?

    Hey there Teamsk,

    If you are still having issues with someone gaining access to your account, you will need to let support know exactly what is going on. That is not something that we can handle in the forums.

    In the game on the home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.

    Make sure to tell them when it started happening, what you did to fix it, and all the details you have. The more information you can give them, the better!
