The rewards look so good but why is it always NY. What about the rest of the world and the player base. Do we have to come to NY to get it. Why not make it an event or something??????

    It makes sense with the Guillotine rewards being given out.

    I wonder if he's a devil type character. Since Satan was known as The Morningstar, I believe.
