    I placed my defenders before war was canceled, but they are still locked. Can you please free up those champs?

    Same happened to us too and now looks like they have not only cancelled this war but the next war too...

    Our alliance was enlisted but this is what came up. I think we have the same issue here. What’s wrong with the aw?

    I had already placed, and then my alliance mate went to switch his masteries for placement and had placement end on him in the process. Now matchmaking disabled too? Wish we could have gotten some notice so members didn’t waste units on mastery changes (which to be fair should be free to begin with...).

    Dude, not to be mean, but if anyone got a match and yall immediately went in to place defenders, well that was a rookie move. Anyone who takes a few minutes to think knows that when there are this many problems, you never immediately jump in.

    That’s fair I guess, but we are juggling people across NA, Europe, and Australia in this BG, so it’s not like there is a huge window for everyone. I don’t think you can fault people for placing instead of checking the forum that not everyone uses first to see if war is going to happen.

    Window is the same 24 hours for everybody regardless where they live.

    We balance three time zones in the US, we have UK, Sweden, UAE, and some others. I'm not saying check the forums, it took some time after for them to shut down, but to immediately place with these issues, I would not have done it.
