No units from arena crystals

For about a month and a half now I have not received any units from uncollected arena crystals. I understand the chance to receive units is per crystal and not dependent on the previous crystals. In a month and a half I have opened roughly 80 uncollected arena crystals without getting units. When I open regular arena crystals I sometimes get units as if the % chance applies. Only with uncollected arena crystals I receive only gold. Is there something wrong with my account?

    I have bought them in bulk. Opened 10 and got all gold. Opened 7, same thing.

    Thats not bulk, thats RNG. Bulk is 100+ at once, imo.

    Every now and then a post like this comes up. Units are supposed to be rare from these crystals. It always seems when you need them, youll never get them.

    If youre grinding units I suggest you open regular arena crystals. Also, 10 crystals cannot be considered bulk for sure.

    I usually save 250,000 battlechips before opening.

    From regular arena crystals I get between 600-700 units and 300-400k gold. From uncollected (tried a couple times) I got 350-400 units and around 400k gold.

    one time i opened 13 uncollected arena crystals and got 75 units. i’ve opened three and got 450 units before. i just opened one and got 225 units. it’s all RNG

    Recent 10 pulls, one gives 225 and one gives 75, remaining are gold ranged from 15k to 50k.

    Frankly I don’t see any different as I tried both methods. I tried accumulating 100 UC and then open in bulk or open one by one. I think there is some perception error inside for bulk opening, as you just compress the timeframe and thus give you a feeling that you got more unit.

    You can't open 100 all at once, only 10 at a time. Units have been scarce in UC BC crystals, I opened 100 and only got 300 units total.
