I always see people with a bunch of max 2 stars and max 3 stars. I only have like 4 maxed 3* and almost 5 maxed 2*. I would’ve been way higher if i ranked up higher.

Why Silver Surfer at r5? Prestige reasons? It doesn't seem like you're at the point where you need extremely high prestige based off your total base hero rating, current prestige, and alliance.

Don't worry, no resources were used to rank 5 SS, only a 4-5 Cosmic Gem. He is also my best Cosmic and also the reason above.

surfer is no where close to a dud. He's a great champ
Don’t think I’ve posted about my second account before, so it seems apt to put it here to show that base hero rating really means nothing if you have the ‘skills’ and/or champions. Just got uncollected a few days ago, now pushing for lv 40.
Got 5* Quake from my 4th 5* crystal. Still haven’t got her on my main. Yeah, it does hurt. Quite a lot.
