I have a duped 4 star longshot and standard 4 star medusa wondered who would be best to rank up?? Any advise

Medusa over Longshot if you have not completed or fully explored act 5, that Ultron boss is a complete pain in the ass and will ruin your day unless you have medusa or vision Aarkus

Medusa makes that fight a joke and doesn't need to be awakened to decimate robots

Longshot because he can also just shut down act 5 ultron (by using sp 2 and parry to activate his debuffs to convert into passive incinerate which is how I took him down with my longshot) Also the damage on anyone with buffs (or without but without buffs decreases the damage) is just insane!! Absolutely love my longshot and did not regret ranking him up. I am pretty sure you will not regret ranking him up as well.
