    Domino. Omega isn't Omega unless he's duped. Domino however, doesn't need it.

    Omega if you have a mutant or generic gem awakening gem and lots of sigs, he needs high sig and awakening to be the BEST mutant in the whole game. If you only have gem idk maybe omega because you could get more later, maybe omega if you have gem. Depends where you are in the game i guess. If no gem, then domino.

    I went ahead with omega because there's a 5 star ag available in the appreciation calender and on exploration of 5.3, and I'm close to exploration of 5.3
