Cull obsidian is a massive monster with a heavy weapon, proportionate to his size. This weapon turns into a massive chunky metal. However he takes the same amount of block damage as my stealth suit, who uses webbing for his shield???!!! I know cull has absolutely insane damage but a little tweak to his block prof numbers would be very good ....

    As you said in the description, stealthy has low block prof too, does that make him awful? No. Does he need a buff? Of course not! Champions like cull and Stealthy need to be played differently to champions like cap iw.
