AW Stubborn Tactic Issue

Has anyone else experience and issue where non-stubborn champs go indestructible and the buff cannot be removed? I experienced this against Warlock on node 7. I have video to prove.

I was able to get past the champ but had to avoid using dexterity to not proc the indestructible passive
