forums - click on your name in the top right corner. Then it will go to a page where it shows your profile picture and your posts. Above your profile picture it says "change picture".
In game: Your profile picture is the champion with the highest prestige that you have. You cannot change it.
In game: Your profile picture is the champion with the highest base prestige without boosts, masteries and synergies that you have. You cannot change it.
Fixed. You'll see players with 5* 3/45 champs with a higher PI, but their profile pic will be a 4* 5/50 because the base prestige of the 4* is higher.
