Kabam forces you open Class Catalyst Selector

I passed the Grandmaster 1 time and right after that i got a Class Catalyst Selector and Kabam forces me to open the Class Catalyst Selector before my crystal opening, 2 or 3 6* Crystals. Why they doing that ? how you can chose a catalyst if you dont know which champions you will get from the crystals ??

I chose the Cosmic in the hope that I will immediately drop out of the crystals Corvus but it didn't happen! and i got a good Mutant champion !!!

So it was too late as I was forced to open the catalyst even before I was allowed to open the crystals !!!! So take the Cosmic fragments and let me chose right one. In my case Mutant.

    Agree it's terrible, and has forced players to plan in advance. But if they change it now, you'll have people up in arms screaming compensation, so I don't see it changing anytime soon.

    Yep it's definitely so stupid. Even Abyss has the same thing, Choose your 6* Nexus Crystal before opening up the T5CC crystals.

    Really never understood this type of mentality by Kabam

    I just finished a back and forth with support about the 25% T5cc selector. At very least the hover over description in rewards should say something along the lines, “Must choose class immediately upon completion.” No where does it say anything remotely close to that. Not the hover over, the Act 6 rewards post in these forums by Kabam or even in the support help guide to in game items and resources that comes up before you submit a support ticket. It’s very deceptive in my opinion and left me feeling cheated. In the end, I was told that it’s under investigation and that I would not be compensated. So, no switching of shards for me. I hope you get yours switched and everyone does that has a problem with how this item is rewarded and submits a support ticket. Good luck.

    Oh I am in favor of being able to open and choose your class at your own discretion. Whenever you choose.
