Champion is unstoppable even with Slow Buff

@Kabam Miike please check this.

Champion Boss in 6.2 has unstoppable even when he has Slow Buff. How is this possible?

    He has 60% AA on his buffs

    Like I said in another thread, it might be bugged since it’s release

    Even with the 60% AA he would never trigger back when he was released, now it seems to trigger 100% of the time, but more evidence is needed
