Dex not working , Unintended Heavy and Defender hit like unblokable even it's not,

Hi,
Guys don't know what's wrong with game. After update many times not able to dex defenders attack specially when they preparing heavy attack.
Some times champs taking unintended heavy attack.
Sometimes I block defenders attack but it behave like unblockable although it was not unblockable.
I am using Vivo V9 pro mobile. Android Version 9, Funtouch OS.
It's like impossible to play game like this. We are losing so much resources due to this.
Hope you guys will get rid of it and provide good compensation.
