Human Torch Pre-fight ability not working in AW

Its happen to me 2 times, both in AW

First, I brought HT, CMM & Doom and I chose him to fight with Korg on node 23 (Mix Master, stubborn) I activate prefight and it wasn’t nova flame its just incinirate. Cost me revive and potions This happened during AW season 19. I’m so upset about this but didn't post anything just complained to my Ally.

Second, it happened yesterday. I brought HT, CMM & NF. The main boss was Doom (stubborn) I kept my prefight toward to the end to make sure it can activate against Doom but wtf it didn’t work.
Someone please tell me what's going on with HT, he is my R3 and love to have him in AW.

I already 100% Abyss and there HT working perfectly, seem like it happen only AW. and make me like an idiot to my ally because of the deaths that shouldn't happen.

    @JADESE7EN I posted on this a few days ago here and someone else recently here as well. My post has not received a moderator comment yet but the other one has and they say it will be fixed with the next update. Dont know what thats going to mean for the new season.

    Oh I just realized the thread from before was old and only bumped up from your comment. I just tagged the mods in my thread so hopefully it gets some attention. It happens with stealth spidey too, not just torch. I also never left the game or went in or out of the fight or had anything else weird happen besides it not working.
