Sunspot from incursion crystal

Just got a sunspot from the 5s incursion regular crystal. Honestly, i already got omega, domino and colossus and i dont know if its worthy to rank him up or colossus or domino to the max ?

Can someone also please explain how his power works as I dont know how he works. Is he any good?

    Sunspot is a really good champ. His sp2 does a lot of damage via prowess and great champ. Use sp3 to reset your flare charges. Each incinerate consumes 1 flare charge.

    Great damage, some utility. Spam sp1 to build prowess, charge heavy to siphon back incinerates to build power and consume all prowess via sp2 for some THICC damage. Sp3 to start again. But he gets shut down on stun immune, limber, debuff immune, etc. But good for clapback and trial by fire and maybe some more. Great pull!
