Can’t pull units from punisher crystals

I have popped 50 punisher crystals and pulled 0 units I keep opening more but I can’t get units this all started when the legends celebration started is anyone else having the same problem as me.

    Hope it gets fixed definitely something up with them I want my battle chips back no one needs gold. I’ve been cheated tons of times before with those bs punisher crystals.

    I opened 200k worth in he past two days and got 90 units. Lower than normal, but at least I got some.

    If I'm correct the chance to not get units in 80 crystals is 0.85^80, which is around 0.0002%. I've seen a few complaints about this recently so I'm guessing it's not just RNG but that something is wrong with them.

    That's probability. The chance is 15% per Crystal, which means an 85% chance of not being Units everytime.
    Having said that, they come and go. Been the same on my end.

    I believe the low rare chance of getting units out of the either or BC crystals have been lowered or there is a bug. i noticed this trend about 3 months ago. maybe kabam wants us to buy their units offers instead of depending on the BC drop rates, who knows.

    Everyone’s too quick to call it a bug when something doesn’t go their way. Although I guess I can’t blame them given how many this game has.

    I popped 100k worth of arena crystals soon as the legends event started (extra gold) and got 180 units so no, no bugs over here.

    I got 120 units from 11 regular arena crystals. I was actually hoping for more gold!!!
