mastery issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
Im having issue with masteries, 3 points in


willpower heals .7% health per sec and liquid courage poison drains .6% per sec , how come poision damage is 71 and heal is 68 (?) + 3 points in recovery boost regen by 15% , still im loosing more health than healing

    But willpower heals .7% which is more than .6% loss with liquid courage

    Poison reduces healing by 30%. Against other player, despair can reduce more 5% up to 15%

    Ok ok agree , i didn't know poison reduce healing by 30%
