    Both benifit a lot from awakening.
    Void - FoV is amazing and is helpful in lot of annoying nodes and he counters many champs as well.
    CapIW - he will be very good awakening provided synergy bonuses. Provides good damage and takes minimal damage.
    Both are amazing champs, none will go wrong. But I prefer cap as I can take him in almost any fight.

    Captain America ( infinity war)
    I use CAIW way more than Void. I have both high sig, with cap at 5/65 and Void at 4/55

    Both are great but I get much more use out of cap
