We are aware that the Twitch Drops campaign started late and that as a result most players did not receive most, or any, of the drops. We will make it right, and are currently looking into the possible options, please stay tuned.

Recently I brought to kabam support an issue that happened in February where after letting a sibling play they sold almost every character I had maybe 1-2 weeks later they finished after I accidentally let them play, well I thought I was screwed and stopped playing for a few months. I asked kabam
If they could help me out by retrieving my sold characters they responded with only being able to retrieve 5 of my max 4*s but wanting a mass amount of iso,gold and shards all of which I don’t have, and as someone who’s been playing since the release of venom I had tons of work put into an acc that now is in ruins. Plz kabam or someone help me I don’t know if I’m coming across as entitled but plz this is sincere and just want my champs restored and back to the way they were when my sibling sold them
