So I did a run on epic and went down the 1500 6* shards I was at 8600. I went to crystals and realized that there wasn’t 11,000 shards there was only 9350 so I only got 750 shards and when I checked rewards screen it’s checked that I got 1500 6* shards. Anybody else having this issue?

    On epic difficulty the highest stack of 6* shards is 750. Legendary highest stack is 1k

    There isn't a path for 1500 6* shards in either Epic or Legendary. The most you can get on a path in Epic is 750.

    Also your math is way off.

    8600+1500 would be 10,100, not 11,000.

    2x 750 6* shards = 1500 6* shards.
    It is showing the total amount .

    it's probably saying that because you got one stack of 750, and there are two. instead of separating them, they are put together, which usually doesn't happen
