Why does this keep happening?

Even when I am at a completely solid wi fi connection the game tends to stall and give me this no connection sign. This happens at least a few times a day and I am just baffled as to why

    I mean it’s not really unplayable. It stalls just for a few seconds but it’s weird because my connection is too notch . Before I thought it could be from my phone but I have a new one and it keeps happening

    it happens to everyone. and i mean everyone. there's no way around it and it's not your connection issue. the game just trips out sometimes.

    Ok but why? I can understand if this was a new game but it seems weird for an established game to keep having such issues
