  No, I got him as a 5* 2 years ago. And I’ve always liked him a lot. But prevented to take him further because he needs to be buffed.

  And I just want to express my opinion about Civil Warrior. How is that bs? He can express what he thinks and I can’t? Just because I hope a champ gets buffed doesn’t mean it’s immediately bs.
