Am I ready for master mode?

I have a 5 star hawkeye rank 3, 4 star rank 4 thor, red hulk, guillotine, and venompool. Is that good enough?

It should be. If it is not then you might want to find another mobile game.
Yeah you should be okay, hawkeye is so underrated and Venompool is great too for degen!
Also Thor can still do a bit of damage, Gulli for regen champs.
Might be a struggle to 100% but you can defo do a run through with it for some rewards
The question is not whether the roster is good enough, but whether you are good enough. Players do master mode with teams of 3* champs. I'm not one of them, but I know it can be done.
I know this is going to sound silly, but the goal in any map is to kill everything in a path before all your attackers die. You do that by dealing more damage than you suffer (proportionately speaking). You can improve your odds in four ways. One: have champs that regen. Healing covers for getting hit more often. If you are an evading god, you won't get hit and you don't need healing. If you get hit, it helps to have a way to recover that damage. Two: have a ton of damage. The faster you kill a target, the less damage you'll take back from it. Awakened Thor or Gwenpool will destroy targets faster than a She Hulk. That pushes the odds into your favor. Three: have power control. Usually, special attacks are more dangerous than the regular small and medium attacks. And you don't want to be eating special three attacks. If you can keep the enemy power drained they can't build to special three, and can't use their own special attacks in general as often. Hawkeye has a good drain in special one. He can prevent your opponents from dealing as much damage - as long as he stays alive. And four: practice combat skills that are known to help in combat. Block, Parry, Evade, Intercept. The better you are at those, the easier combat gets.
When the combination of your skill, your healing, your power control, and your damage is high enough you will finish a master mode path before you die. Only you can answer the question of when that becomes true.
The game is, of course, more complicated than that. But when you discover what those complexities are, you won't be asking the forums if you're good enough to run a certain kind of content. Until then, this is a good foundation for trying to judge. If your Guillotine is awakened and you play her well and your Thor is awakened, I think you have a good shot. You have damage, healing, power control. Only you know what your skill level is.
