  Because you were kicked from the alliance.
  
  When you rejoined, it’s as if you joined new and this would have to complete 5 wars again.
  
  The other issue here is that the season rewards cut off date was September 4th. If you join an alliance after this date, you are not eligible for season rewards.

  That wasnt mentioned anywhere. What has been mentioned is to play 5 wars with current alliance.

  So you’ve never heard of the season rewards cutoff date?
  
  Even then, taking your last post “to play 5 wars with your current alliance”.
  
  You were kicked from your alliance having taken part in 5 wars. Before you were kicked, that was your current alliance.
  
  You were kicked and thus you were no longer part of an alliance. At this point you no longer have a current alliance.
  
  You joined that alliance again. You now have a current alliance that you have fought no wars with.

  It’s mentioned everywhere, it’s not some super secret thing that a select few know about...

  Hey there, in order to be eligible for rewards, you need to have done 5 wars with the alliance since joining them last. If you leave the alliance for any reason, that count is reset. I hope that helps clear things up!
