Nevertheless, the other rewards were the tech, skill and mutant varieties of the 2015/2016 rankup gems (not exactly sure what year, lol). The awakening gem is a tech one as shown above; as for the class rankup gems, I can't remember right now 😂
Let's just say that Guilly 2099 is simply a blessing. I paired her with my rank 5 ghost, and the duo was simply one of utter destruction!
-The spite and enhanced power gain path. Ghost+hood for that one.
-The final Kang boss
-Other pain points were annihilated by Guilly, while the paths she couldn't do were cheesed by Ghost.
Spent a fair amount of units tho.
Kang is easy one shot with warlock btw

But basically get him in the corner, backdraft or heavy spam and bait/punish his sp1, use sp2 for damage or sp3 for regen.
You can completely ignore the node, he will never regen due to the passive healblock.
I know you have 100% so it’s academic but might help someone else.
For exploration, I tried guilly and almost soloed him on one occasion, he shrugged off my parry and killed me 😪.
So I used ghost with a tech power boost and cycled SP 2's. Easy life!

I just find Guilly to be faster, and better overall for select annoying paths and fights. Same goes for Ghost.
I found completion pretty easy with Sentinel. I took my 4* r4 Guilly in too but didn't use her much. That Stun immune HtD in the first quest wrecked me with Thunderquack a month ago and I haven't set foot in it since lol
I really want to try Variants. Can a 4* 5/50 Ghost do a single completion of Variant 3? Not planning on exploring yet. Tried Quest 1 of Chapter 1 and got to Thing without taking any damage but got pummeled. I just started learning Ghost a few days ago and used him to defeat IMIW in Showup itemless (after a lot of retries). My other options Tech options are: Warlock 4* 5/50, Starky 4* 5/50, Hulkbuster 5* 3/45 (Might go to R4).
You could make sure your team a full ghost one, wasp and hood were fairly essential for me. Ant-Man is optional, but useful for the extra attack.
For my initial clear, I only had a 2* Guilly 2099, so she wasn't an option, lol. I used a team of Ghost, full synergies as above, then my 4* 5/50 warlock as the last spot. Ghost pretty much soloed the first clear, and I only used warlock for a certain havok in, I believe 3.1. I also used him for the Kang boss.
After I heard magneto was getting buffed, I decided to explore the first chapter with the same team. After that, I left it for a while, then got Guilly not too long after, duped her, then duped her again, lol.
I took her to rank 3 at first with a variant gem, and was enjoying her a bit too much. Was testing her in so many game modes. Not too long after, I took her up to rank 4, and again; was testing her in various game modes.
I then thought of a place where I could open her up well, and still get rewarded nicely. My mind went immediately to variant 3. Long story short, in the process of testing her, I was able to explore chapter 2.1 and chapter 3.1 all with her, lol. Was having a bit of trouble with Kang, so I decided to bring Ghost in, and use her and a tech power boost to beat him. Easy life! There were also some paths she couldn't effectively do, like the:
- Recharge, power shield, defensive, and all or nothing
- Plagued mind
- The infamous spite and enhanced power gain path.
I used Ghost to slaughter those sort of paths, and before you know it. 100%, all in that same day!
Disclaimer: I run suicides, and Ghost is a rank 5 5*, but that shouldn't really bother you...
As for your case, you could combine starlord, warlock, and hulkbuster, then the remaining 2 slots could go to ghost and wasp since I assume you don't have recoil.
With that team, you shouldn't really have a problem. Careful of the first chapter, those magneto bosses oughta be more painful nowadays.
For chapter 2, warlock can sort out the wolverine boss, and ghost can sort out the storm.
For chapter 3, the Colossus is an easy solo with ghost, and as for the Kang boss. I'd recommend hulkbuster over warlock, for speed and item saving.
