  His armour breaks used to stack infinitely, which meant you could parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-parry-SP3 and kill anyone outside of ROL in a single blow.

  Since then, Diminishing Returns has reduced the vulnerability caused by negative armour; and he only inflicts two stacks, so he's got a substantially lower damage cap.
  
  Also, there are now shrug-off champs, armour-break-immune, stun-immune champs and so on. Thor hasn't any way to manage them; nor any immunities. So he's a lot less appealing than he used to be.
  
  For raw damage though, he's actually still a solid contender; just nowhere near as good as he used to be.

  Way back in the day, bleed and poison damage scaled with armor break as well. So you could parry a suicides champ to death. Only thing you had to watch out for was Willpower, which was WAY more broken back then and basically made 80% of champs unviable for minis and bosses in war. Back in the days when Rhino and Jugg were super good on defense....
