Nick Fury's LMD Against OG Spiderman in 6.2.4

The node on this OG Spiderman says "the attacker is unable to heal through any means", so when I use Nick Fury and his decoy is killed off, he remains at 1% health and expends his persistent charge. Is his awakened ability supposed to count as regeneration?

    It prevents him from having 2 lives basically.

    Well that's kinda frustrating, since he's not technically regenerating...You've killed a decoy off and the real NF steps into the fight.

    He is technically regenerating, and so heal block will stop him from healing

    It is never called regeneration. Also, AAR can't prevent it and neither can heal blocking debuffs or passives.

    It does not matter if it is called regen or not, that is how they intentionally created it. In fact his decoys is one of the reasons they came out with that node.
