I don’t know where the champion suggestion thread is, so if anyone can link me to it, thank you.
My Suggestion is a Mystic Champion named Captain Britain (Psylocke). Her Sig ability being the psycharges and the power control. A part of her utility having to do with nullification on the opponent power steals from them 10% current power or something. And of course the Amulet is a big part of the kit.
