Why cant i get event rewards

Everytime i get mail about getting rewards for completing an event i never get the rewards.

    Are you grabbing milestones and the likes from stash?
    That's what I do, then simply delete all mail. Beats opening each mail, claiming, repeating.

    Yup. Same issue with crazy error/bug.

    Hey bud, kind of found a work around. Click into "Crystals" and then into the Rewards at the bottom. Crappy but worked for me. Closed app and retried, still worked. Hope this helps. Having issues. Hoping things get resolved.stx3dpw2wdfu.png
