Corvus Glaive Challenge Defenses not working

I have Corvus and Proxima in my team. I was able to complete the 4th mission and got the persistent charge. While battling Medusa in AQ, Medusa was still able to autoblock my Corvus. Am i doing something wrong here?

    How much health did you have? Maybe in assassin range

    I still had more than half of my health.

    You just need the true strike buff. If it was removed during the battle, then she will still auto-block you

    Did you lose the true strike during the fight? If you had the true strike buff throughout the whole fight, then that shouldn’t have happened. But if you didn’t have the true strike buff, then this is working fine. Whether it was removed in a fight or you didn’t actually complete that mission, there is a reason to explain this. Do you have screenshots or a video to provide more context and information? That might help narrow down the issue here.

    Did you run out of Glaive charges?

    I thought once the persistent charge was there, it’s permanent already.

    Also from the same Medusa. I waited for her to do the autoblock, parried her next attack, did a heavy attack, got the persistent charge. I tried to do a combo on her again but she autoblocked me again.

    Map 5, i think she’s the 3rd or 4th character from the leftmost path.

    I still had glaive charges since i was able to do the unblockable SP2.

    My next battle was with Heimdal. His autoblock did not activate throughout the fight.

    I fight that medusa on a daily basis , it might be one of the mods. There's a heroic mod that removes all buffs and debuff's from you and your opponent and resets both the power bars. This is all that I can think of.

    Check what modifier you're running today .

    Yeah , it's the modifier that takes away the true strike and cruelty buffs from corvus , this is one of the few mods that gimps corvus ,nf , etc.

    Tranquility-2 removed the buff.
    Check the nodes before going in.

    Thank you for clarifying. So I guess my plan of letting Corvus handle Mr. Fantastic’s evade wouldn’t work this time.😭

    Yeah... I was too excited to use my Corvus against Mr. Fantastic. I also thought the effects of the Persistent Charge wouldn’t be affected by the tranquility.

    So there’s no way for me to return the true strike buff against the same enemy once it has been removed? Or do i just need to knock my enemy down again despite having the persistent charge already?
